Travel from Ko Samui Yesterday , the plane to Bangkok Was delayed nearly 2,5 Hours , like most planes from Bangkok Airlines , no information why , no service in the airport , should fly from gate 1 , we where waiting there , sundenly passenger start running to gate 2 , they change without information, we missend our connnecting flight to Europe , left alone in Bangkok Airport , no service at all , no understanding for our situation , stayed there for 3 hours in the night , Very bad incompetent staff , who dident Care , no hotel voucher - no compensation , they just Said , come back tomorow and maybe we Can Help so you Can fly Home in 2-3 days , we where in chock like other passengers , the worst airline Company ever , dont Travel with Them
