There was a situation where the postal service failed to deliver my package (it was in Germany, while I ordered one to Poland) and sent it back, even though I was home. The company refuses to refund me, despite the package being returned without issues. I've been waiting for two months! They don't respond to emails. Be careful! They won't return my money. I've lost €50. If the company can resolve this issue and refund me, I would still be a customer because they offer great products.
