Frustrated with the service after loyalty

I was a loyal customer for a year and had been very satisfied. However, I now feel frustrated. There was an issue where the postal service didn't provide updates and failed to deliver my package (sent to Germany, while I ordered another to Poland), returning it despite me being home. The company won't issue a refund, even though the package was returned without problems. I've been waiting for two months! They don’t reply to emails. Be cautious! They won’t return my money. I’ve lost €50. If the company resolves this issue and refunds me, I would still consider being a customer because their products are great.

No refund for my money

I used to be a regular customer and was very happy with the service. Unfortunately, my opinion has changed, and I can't hide my frustration. Issues with Bang King Triple 85K 3-in-1 Vapes

I recently bought 4 boxes (10 units each) of Bang King Triple 85K 3-in-1 vapes. The device lasts only 3 to 4 days, even with the tank more than half full. Additionally, the screen shows a charging symbol even when the vape isn't connected to power. I strongly advise against this product!
