There was an issue where the postal service didn't provide updates and failed to deliver my package (sent to Germany, while I ordered another to Poland), returning it despite me being home. The company won't issue a refund, even though the package was returned without problems. I've been waiting for two months! They don’t reply to emails. Be cautious! They won’t return my money. I’ve lost €50. If the company resolves this issue and refunds me, I would still consider being a customer because their products are great.
