My experience with the company has been a total nightmare. I ordered multiple items for a renovation, but everything went wrong. I needed the locks installed on the same day as my new door, and despite notifying them well in advance, they didn’t send anyone, leaving me with an unsecured door. They had to fit temporary emergency locks the next day. I also ordered a custom entrance system and had to constantly follow up for the installation date. After a long wait, it was finally installed, but there’s a significant technical issue, and I’ve received no callback regarding a solution. Additionally, they messed up my order by putting the wrong number of monitors, so I’m owed a refund, which I haven’t seen despite their acknowledgment. Lastly, the new door furniture arrived without a key part, and when I inquired, they blamed supply chain issues. I had to call multiple times for updates, even though I was promised callbacks. I’m considering writing to the executive chairman, as I believe he would be shocked by this level of service.
