The service, typically held in September/October, was delayed until November, and the engineer did not arrive as planned. It was then rescheduled for January without any apologies. However, the actual service performed was done very efficiently. There is a need to improve the call scheduling system.
My experience with the service has been nothing short of a nightmare. I ordered multiple items for a renovation project, and everything has gone awry. Initially, I needed the locks installed on the same day my new door was set to be fitted. Despite providing clear communication well in advance, no one was scheduled to install the locks on the crucial day, leaving me with an unsecured door. They had to send someone the following day to fit temporary emergency locks. I also ordered a custom entrance system, which required constant follow-ups to confirm the installation date. After a lengthy wait, it was finally installed, but it came with a significant technical problem. I've requested a call to discuss a solution, but I've received no response. Additionally, they mismanaged my order by putting the wrong number of monitors, resulting in a refund that I have yet to see, despite their acknowledgment of the mistake. Lastly, I ordered new door hardware, but they arrived missing a key component. When I inquired about it, they blamed supply chain issues. I had to reach out three times for updates, even though I was promised callbacks. I still don’t have the missing part. I’m considering writing to the executive team, as I believe they would be shocked by this level of service.

I purchased and had front doors installed for both my properties and was initially satisfied with the service. However, a few years later, it seems they are no longer fire safety compliant, although minor modifications could rectify this. When I reached out to the company to arrange for this work, I naively thought they would help with fire safety compliance, but they showed no interest. Instead, they offered to sell me new doors at an exorbitant price of £4000. It’s worth checking if any doors purchased from them are still compliant, as they won’t assist if they aren’t. It feels like they profit from customers' concerns about fire safety.
