The service provided was completely unacceptable and lacked any empathy, even during the holiday season. The response to my complaint was dismissive and harsh, reflecting a disturbing lack of decency. It felt as though the staff had no regard for basic morals or compassion. I have decided to cut all ties with this untrustworthy company. THIS IS NOT JUST ANY SERVICE; THIS IS A GROSSLY INADEQUATE SERVICE.
