I have previously addressed this issue, but unfortunately, nothing has improved since the response; in fact, the situation has worsened. My emails have been blocked, they refuse to process a chargeback, and the investigations conducted by the staff are utterly frustrating. While the staff claim to be helpful, they assert that the entire conflict is my responsibility! This is an astonishing remark considering it involves a complaint. Is this what customer service has come to after the relentless attacks on our rights by hackers? I WILL NEVER ENGAGE WITH THIS SERVICE AGAIN. The lack of empathy and the absurdity of the situation are truly disheartening. This is the service I received, and it is unacceptable!
