After receiving my quarterly payments, the bank applied several undisclosed charges without any clear explanation. This was very frustrating and simply unacceptable. I genuinely feel that the practices of this bank are unethical and nearly fraudulent. I would never recommend this bank to anyone. Terrible Banking Practices

If you consistently pay your credit card bills on time, this bank will alter due dates and policies to impose late and service fees. My salary is disbursed on the 10th of every month, yet they moved the due date from the 10th to the 5th to profit from late fees.

Zero Star Bank

I would give them zero stars if it were possible. They consistently charge 200 rupees for balance maintenance, and even the call center staff cannot explain where this money goes. I am extremely disappointed with the service.

Disappointing Online Services

The online services are frustrating. My card has been declined multiple times despite having a limit of 50,000 rupees. I have not received the OTP numerous times. The IT system is very poor. However, the bank staff are friendly and cooperative.

Extremely Poor Service

If it were possible, I would rate them zero stars. They believe they are the best banking service provider, but they are truly the worst. From the customer service manager to the local bank manager, and even the representative on WhatsApp, the service is unacceptable.
