The new app infrastructure is the worst it literally sucks so bad. I have been trying to transfer to pay my credit card bill and its not activated (thats my personal choice). Turns out I can’t pay the bill unless I activate the card. It wasn’t like this before. On top of that, I have been trying to reach out to them. I can’t do that either because I can’t directly reach out to them with emails and stuff. And now they call my family up personally to ask for the money. So unprofessional. Please change this app infrastructure. It’s infuriating.
