Extremely Disappointing Banking ExperienceI have had nothing but frustration with Bank Al Habib. Their net banking system is outdated, slow, and unreliable—half the time, it doesn’t work properly. The mobile app feels like it's from a decade ago, full of glitches and poorly designed.The helpline is an absolute disaster. Long wait times, unhelpful staff, and no real solutions to problems. Instead of resolving issues, they keep redirecting you, making banking an exhausting experience.To top it off, their policies are structured like they are the "best bank" in the pakistan, but in reality, they are the worst when it comes to customer service and digital banking. If you want efficiency and modern banking, stay away from Bank Al Habib.Would never recommend this bank to anyone!
