On Saturday, I visited Samnabad branche tk submit a cheque. Mostly branches open on Saturdays. However, the concerned officer refused to accept the cheque and said that such matters are only deal with on working days (Monday to Friday).If cheque submission is not facilitated on Saturdays, then what is the purpose of keeping the bank open? This creates inconvenience for customers. Kindly clarify the bank’s Saturday policy and ensure proper customer service.
I am extremely disappointed with Bank AL Habib. My funds have been held without clear justification, and no one is giving me a straight answer. Customer service keeps giving vague responses and passing me from one department to another. This is my hard-earned money, and the lack of transparency is unacceptable. I expected professionalism, but instead I received stress and frustration. Very poor banking experience.
MA Jinnah road branch. Absolutely horrible branch with slow service. I went to get a fee voucher submitted (I have been submitting at other branches their service is good) in this branch they made me wait for 20 minutes to submit my voucher. I was the only person on the female side. The woman taking voucher /bills kept tending to male side AFTER taking my voucher and money while I kept requesting that my 6 year old daughter is outside alone in the car. They still made me wait. When I requested to have it back it was then that they finally processed and gave it to me. Please avoid this branch.
It is now over week, and multiple trips to the bank and despite help from Branch staff, the mobile app is not working. It goes into a loop asking for repeated biometrics and robocalls and even when it works and one goes back to login the same biometric/ robocall is required. A friend told me 'because you are with the wrong bank' implying I should move to another bank - I might just do that.
A very shit service I send money to my brother on 31st of December. The bank al habib limited received my payment but still didn't credit in my brothers account because of bank holiday. He needs money to pay people who's he borrow money from during this he call to the bank al habib limited so many time and each time they are saying wait wait we can't do anything you just wait.... Monday my brother call the bank al habib limited and they said don't worry in 48 hours i will must solve your problem after 48 hours he check but still bank al habib limited didn't credit to his account and now he call again they says it will takes 7 working days more... Very shit service i requested to the manager to make your service better... If he doesn't take any action my personal opinion don't open account in bank al habib limited thank you....
