Pathetic customer service and app. I was transferring funds and due to app error the submit button didn't work and I got time out error for otp. I tried the transaction again and same happened. No notification or email for account debit was sent, nor did the beneficiary receive any money. When I checked, the balance had been debited twice. On contacting customer service, they had the audacity to say that this is a normal routine and that they take 7 days to resolve an issue after a complaint is launched. I mean where the hell is my money? It's been deducted from my account, wasn't credited to the beneficiary's account, where did it go? And this all is normal for bank!!! No apology, no future guarantee as to not repeating the errors from bank and customer service representatives are completely uneducated and not helpful at all. Their way of talking makes your blood boil.
