Really the worst in Online banking and app.I just wanted to create a new payee and for that I wasted an hour. When I try and enter the IBAN number it tells me the user is already registered. For ten times it gave the same error even though there was no user added for that IBAN. Just an FYI I am Software engineer so I know how these validations work. Then automatically it accepted the IBAN that it restricted earlier. Then it sent me an OTP, I receieved the OTP on my mobile and when I entered it OPT, the system declined that it was entered correctly even then it was absolutely the same 6 digits. And then it blocked my account. Now I have to call the call center and waste another hour with these call center mojos. yesterday I spent 6 hours trying to get a new device added as the system keep on calling me to verify , it called me approx 30 times and each time it says thank you and but it never validated my account. what a pathetic pathetic absolutely worst online net bank of Bank Al Habib. What a waste of time .. Wish you guys hire some good engineers and not just the cheapest illetrate college student to build your system and I think you a few good QA engineers who can test these modules and user experience. WORST WORST WORST - SHAME SHAME SHAME
