Terribly unfriendly service. I called them, had to wait 15-20 min, and then, once they spoke with me, they were incredibly unfriendly and annoyed with my questions. Once we fixed the issue together, after 10-15 of talking, they hung up without saying anything. Austrian work ethic at its best.
