I received an email from FAB with statement on my FAB GEMS prepaid Credit Card, which was free for over 10 years, showing an outstanding AED 400!! When I called, the customer service rep claimed that they sent me email 3 months ago, informing me of introducing membership fee. I never received this email!! I triple checked my inbox. Now I requested to cancel this card because I never activated it for over 3 years but the cancellation is pending till I receive I call. I see missed calls from this number: (09) 201 8800 that I never hear & can’t call back. Is this some kind of a scam? Does anyone faces this situation?
