I've experienced the worst banking service in the region. In my ten years here, I've never seen such irresponsible and unfriendly service. Every request takes much longer than expected, especially at the local branch. I suggest the company offer customer relationship training to improve employee behavior. Very dissatisfied.

I made an international transfer ten days ago, and the funds are still not cleared. I've contacted customer service multiple times and even visited a branch, but no one could provide a clear answer. The chatbot complicates reaching a human agent, and the overall service is unacceptable. I've only been a customer for four months, and this is easily the worst banking experience I've faced.
I switched accounts to this bank for a mortgage product, and they were helpful during the account opening. However, their customer service has vanished. It's impossible to reach anyone by phone, and emails go unanswered. This has been the worst banking experience I've ever had.
I was blocked after 15 years! They think I’m involved in money laundering! 😂 It's absurd! After seven months of being blocked and providing all required documents, they unblocked me only to block me again after five days! There’s no communication, just repeated blocking. Customer service is nonexistent, and the branch experience is dreadful.
My experience has been very disappointing, especially regarding a fraud case. Despite explaining that I did not make the transaction, my dispute was rejected twice. After numerous follow-ups, I learned that the case was mishandled. Even after redirecting, my dispute was rejected again, and they refuse to provide any supporting documentation. I do not recommend this bank.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this bank. The unprofessionalism of the staff is unacceptable for an institution of this size. Basic customer service standards are ignored, and simple requests take far too long. Employees seem uninterested and unwilling to help. Overall, my experience has been frustrating and exhausting, and I cannot recommend this bank.
