In Bankinter there motto is “the client is always wrong”, and that’s annoying when it is obvious it is their problem. In my case, I could not make any bank transfer or use several of the functions in the app while abroad. Why? Because the sms with a confirmation code would never arrive. After months in which I had to hear, among other things, that there was no problem (so it was my imagination?), that I travel too much (???), that “I have never heard something like that”), that the bank was protecting the clients (if so, why use obsolete sms technology???) finally they find out the error was in their app. Obviously no one said I am sorry.
