The issue is that the funds were supposedly sent to a bank I have never used. I made this clear from the beginning, but they ignored my concerns. Eventually, they suggested that my email had been hacked, which makes no sense. I never shared my information, and the original notification about my account changes came directly from their system. Now, in December, this has been ongoing since September. I followed all their instructions, reported the issue right away, and still have no refund and no real assistance. This situation was poorly handled, and I feel my account and money were not protected at all.
