Very disappointing service experience

I had a very disappointing experience with the service. Back in September, I was notified that my account details had changed without my consent. I contacted them immediately to clarify that I had not made any changes. Despite my prompt report, I was subjected to a long and stressful process involving dispute forms and personal document submissions. After months of waiting, I finally received a response, only to be told my claim was denied because 'the bank successfully received the funds.' The funds were supposedly sent to a bank I have never used, which I made clear from the start, yet my concerns were ignored. They later suggested that my email was hacked, which is illogical as I never shared my information, and the initial notification came from their system. Now, in December, this ordeal has been ongoing since September. I complied with all their requests, reported the issue immediately, and still have no refund and no real help. This situation was managed poorly, leaving me feeling that my account and funds were not adequately protected.

After months of waiting, I finally received a response, only to be told that my claim was denied, stating that 'the bank successfully received the funds.' The issue is that the funds were supposedly sent to a bank I have never used. I made this clear from the beginning, but they ignored my concerns. Eventually, they suggested that my email had been hacked, which makes no sense. I never shared my information, and the original notification about my account changes came directly from their system. Now, in December, this has been ongoing since September. I followed all their instructions, reported the issue right away, and still have no refund and no real assistance. This situation was poorly handled, and I feel my account and money were not protected at all.

Frustrated with the service's response

Frustrated with the service's response! Instead of addressing their mistakes, they chose to flag my review! This is my experience, and I will share it until this issue is resolved, warning others to stay away! I received a deposit from my school and attempted to transfer it to my other bank, but was unable to do so. When I called to inquire, I was told I could only transfer $250. However, they mentioned a wire transfer option, so on June 4, 2025, I wired the money, assured it would arrive the next business day, which was June 6. I checked my bank, and nothing was there. I called the service, and they informed me it should have reached my account, but still nothing. As the hours passed, I called again, and they said someone would contact me, but no one has reached out. It's now early morning, and my funds are still missing. They even charge $25 for the wire transfer. I have urgent obligations and need my money! Why hasn’t anyone contacted me? It's better to stick with your own bank rather than using this service. The promised timelines on their website are misleading, and I have serious doubts about their legitimacy.

No resolution in sight

No resolution in sight. Once again, the worst experience with customer service! I submitted my verification form as requested. I received an email stating my information was updated and needed to confirm my email via a link. However, when I clicked it, I was told the link was expired, and this was just an hour after I received the email. When I called for help, they had no answers. They claimed my issue was escalated and that someone would call within 24-48 hours. Now, 72 hours later, still no call. I called back and still received no answers regarding my account or the email change issue. They advised me to respond to the email confirming my information change, promising a call, but I'm not holding my breath. I responded, but was told access was denied because my account wasn’t registered to that email, despite them sending emails there. If I don’t hear back by today, I’ll have my attorney reach out. I've already discussed this with my attorney and have a meeting planned to seek answers. I’ll also contact my school to file a complaint about this service.

Account suspension without explanation

My account was suspended last year, and every time I call, they say the resolution team is still investigating. When I asked to close my account, they said they couldn’t due to the suspension, but never explained why it was suspended. They keep assuring me that someone from the security department will contact me within 24-48 hours for an update, but no one has reached out. Previously, we only got responses after complaining publicly. They eventually reversed a check and sent it back to the school, but as of January 22, another refund hit their system, and guess what? My account is still locked. Customer support is difficult to understand, and I already know what they will say.

If I could give zero stars, I would!

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would! My account was frozen for no reason, leaving me locked out and unable to access my refund. I contacted my school, who advised me to ask the service to close my account completely for the refund to be issued, but they have not followed up. They even had the nerve to say it would take 15 business days or more to complete their investigation! AVOID THIS SERVICE; THEY ARE TERRIBLE!
