Frustrated with the service's response! Instead of addressing their mistakes, they chose to flag my review! This is my experience, and I will share it until this issue is resolved, warning others to stay away! I received a deposit from my school and attempted to transfer it to my other bank, but was unable to do so. When I called to inquire, I was told I could only transfer $250. However, they mentioned a wire transfer option, so on June 4, 2025, I wired the money, assured it would arrive the next business day, which was June 6. I checked my bank, and nothing was there. I called the service, and they informed me it should have reached my account, but still nothing. As the hours passed, I called again, and they said someone would contact me, but no one has reached out. It's now early morning, and my funds are still missing. They even charge $25 for the wire transfer. I have urgent obligations and need my money! Why hasn’t anyone contacted me? It's better to stick with your own bank rather than using this service. The promised timelines on their website are misleading, and I have serious doubts about their legitimacy.
