No resolution in sight. Once again, the worst experience with customer service! I submitted my verification form as requested. I received an email stating my information was updated and needed to confirm my email via a link. However, when I clicked it, I was told the link was expired, and this was just an hour after I received the email. When I called for help, they had no answers. They claimed my issue was escalated and that someone would call within 24-48 hours. Now, 72 hours later, still no call. I called back and still received no answers regarding my account or the email change issue. They advised me to respond to the email confirming my information change, promising a call, but I'm not holding my breath. I responded, but was told access was denied because my account wasn’t registered to that email, despite them sending emails there. If I don’t hear back by today, I’ll have my attorney reach out. I've already discussed this with my attorney and have a meeting planned to seek answers. I’ll also contact my school to file a complaint about this service.
