My account was suspended last year, and every time I call, they say the resolution team is still investigating. When I asked to close my account, they said they couldn’t due to the suspension, but never explained why it was suspended. They keep assuring me that someone from the security department will contact me within 24-48 hours for an update, but no one has reached out. Previously, we only got responses after complaining publicly. They eventually reversed a check and sent it back to the school, but as of January 22, another refund hit their system, and guess what? My account is still locked. Customer support is difficult to understand, and I already know what they will say.
