Despite my prompt report, I was subjected to a long and stressful process involving dispute forms and personal document submissions. After months of waiting, I finally received a response, only to be told my claim was denied because 'the bank successfully received the funds.' The funds were supposedly sent to a bank I have never used, which I made clear from the start, yet my concerns were ignored. They later suggested that my email was hacked, which is illogical as I never shared my information, and the initial notification came from their system. Now, in December, this ordeal has been ongoing since September. I complied with all their requests, reported the issue immediately, and still have no refund and no real help. This situation was managed poorly, leaving me feeling that my account and funds were not adequately protected.
