They often respond arrogantly but are frequently incorrect regarding direct debits, cut-off times, and international payments. The app is clunky and underwhelming. It takes 3-5 days to receive a vague response to messages sent to customer support. Today, I received a notification asking for feedback, but clicking the link led nowhere. This is truly among the worst banking experiences imaginable—very incompetent.
