Update to my review posted in January:Several months later, I still have not received my €3,800.I have provided all requested documents, including my card images, and fully complied with their verification process. Despite this, BankonBet continues to block my funds without any valid justification.Their support team only sends automated replies asking me to “be patient”, without ever giving a clear deadline or real solution.This situation clearly looks like an abusive withholding of funds.I have filed complaints with independent mediation platforms and I am prepared to take legal action if necessary.I strongly advise other players to stay away from this platform.
