I enjoy the live blackjack tables here. The connection is stable and the dealers are professional. It feels fair. Withdrawals usually take me about 2 days, which is standard for credit cards. No complaints.
To be honest, the start was rough. I registered mostly for the sportsbook because the odds on Premier League were slightly better than my usual site. Placing bets was smooth, no issues there. But when I requested my first withdrawal, the KYC process took way longer than expected. They asked for documents I had already uploaded. It took about 5 days of back-and-forth with support before my account was fully verified. I finally got my money yesterday, so they do pay, but the waiting game was stressful.
I have 50€ on my account, but Bankonbet blocked access to their website in my country (France). When I contacted support to withdraw my funds, they told me my balance was drained due to "inactivity fees" (Section 6.18). How can an account be "inactive" when the provider is the one blocking the login page? This is a scam technique to steal player funds. Support has now stopped answering my emails. Avoid this site at all costs.
I play here mostly on Friday nights to unwind. The variety of table games is good. I took a reload bonus once; the wagering requirements are a bit steep compared to others, but clear enough if you actually read the T&Cs. Good enough for casual entertainment.
Dishonest site that will not pay if you win. Deposited $400 no problem, but when I tried to withdraw they wouldn’t let me. Mind you I’m talking about withdrawing $700 Canadian dollars (wouldn’t allow more than that per withdrawal). $700 Canadian is essentially nothing. It’s been over 2 months now and I just received an email saying “my withdrawal request was cancelled”. I have about $2,000 in my Bankonbet account and they won’t even let me login now. I played for about 3 months no problem, but now that I want to take out money they won’t even let me login to my account. It says my account is “under review”. I can’t see my future sports bets I made and I know I won some NFL futures but I guess that’s all washed away as well… Their customer service is all robots that do not help. They tell you to email and then they do not respond to the emails. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. They won’t even pay out $2,000 CANADIAN! Can only imagine if you actually won something large…. I see they are now advertising on fantasy sport sites so want to make sure no one makes the mistake I did in trusting these crooks. Requested withdraw Nov8/25, it’s now Jan6/26 and still nothing. I will update this post if they make good on anything but I have little hope. Plenty of better online betting sites out there! Stay far away from this one!
Do not give these crooks your money! I would give 0 stars if I could. They make it very easy to deposit money but impossible to withdraw. I won several thousand dollars but they then said my account was “Under Review” and won’t let me withdraw any of it. Their customer service is intentionally vague and unhelpful as they want you to just give up on getting the money. I have been dealing with this for weeks now and it seems like they are just keeping my money at this point?!Whatever you do, do not use BankonBet**UPDATE** in response to BankonBet’s reply to me. It has been 4 months now and I have emailed the “support” email 6 times and they do not do anything. They are intentionally not helpful and are stealing thousands of dollars from me at this point*
