The customer service is disappointing, and their practices feel questionable. I opened a savings account here due to an attractive interest rate, but it has only gotten worse. I accidentally discovered a new savings account with a much higher interest rate that they never informed me about. When I called, they moved my funds easily but set it up for online statements without my consent, despite my preference for mail. I had to call to switch back to paper statements, but their call center was closed. As soon as the interest rate drops, I will be looking to move my money elsewhere.
