Absolutely awful. Everything seemed fine with my order initially. When I received the final proof, there was a strange transparent grey box over part of my design. I tried to explain this to them, but it seemed their design team had trouble understanding, which brought everything to a standstill. I also received completely inappropriate responses to my emails, indicating they either hadn’t been read properly or the person responding didn’t grasp English well. Just a total waste of time. I recommend avoiding this service.
