Extremely disappointing experience. Initially, everything seemed to be on track with my order. However, when I received the final proof, there was an odd transparent grey box over part of my design. I tried to address this issue, but it seemed the design team struggled to understand my concerns, resulting in a complete standstill. Furthermore, the responses to my emails were inappropriate, indicating they either hadn’t been read properly or the responders had difficulty with English. Overall, it was a total waste of time. I would recommend others to stay away.

Having never ordered printed media before, I chose this company for its simplicity. I ordered a deck of collector cards, but upon arrival, the artwork was shrunk to the middle of the card. When I filed a complaint, I was told I had approved a thumbnail mock-up, and they now refuse to help. Money wasted, cards thrown away.
If I could rate them lower, I would. This is the worst company to deal with. I ordered in early November and am still waiting for my order. After numerous follow-ups, I was told to reorder and pay again. I would 100% not recommend them to anyone, not even my worst enemy. It's rare for me to write a bad review, but they truly deserve it.
I made a purchase before checking reviews. (Yes, I know.) To be fair, they seem to be trying to enhance their customer service. They did well in redesigning my sticker for printing and took feedback positively. Although it’s a few days late, it doesn't matter much for personal use. I suspect the fake address is due to discrimination faced by some, although there's no guarantee. It’s due tomorrow, and I’ll update on its authenticity then.
They are scammers! I ordered a banner and paid for express delivery to get it by Friday, but it arrived the following Monday. I requested a refund for the delivery fee, but it has never been refunded. Despite multiple emails and calls, I was told by a representative that it would be returned to my bank account, but it never has. This seems to be a common issue with other customers. This company is definitely not trustworthy! Don’t waste your time ordering from them.
Terrible service experience. I ordered a banner and paid for express delivery, but it didn’t arrive on Monday as promised. After contacting customer service, I was assured it would arrive on Tuesday, but still no order. It was delivered over a week late, and by then I no longer needed it, yet they refused to issue a refund because it was custom.
Avoid at all costs! I spent a significant amount on a banner and red carpet with express delivery to ensure timely arrival. Now, the day before my event, I've been informed by the service and delivery company that there’s no way to receive my package. They claim deliveries were unsuccessful, despite someone being present both times! Neither the service nor the delivery company can provide a clear explanation, and now they are holding onto my money! Seek alternatives!
