The whole process from ordering to production has many flaws with the overall delivery date constantly being pushed back. One minute the item is being shipped the next theres a problem with production and delivery is pushed back over a week. Not ideal if you need the item for a specific date. They will call you but dont understand if you're working you can't always take a call. Try ringing back and well you're in for an experience from trying to explain your situation whilst the recipient has a kid screaming throughout to being transferred several times only to be on hold for 12mins plus with no response from anyone not even to update on progress of the transfer. How would I sum the experience up? Disorganised, chaotic, poor customer service and extremely painful & time consuming, until they address all the process and customer service flaws successfully I would definitely not recommend
