Absolutely awful experience. I paid £20 for express delivery, but my order arrived a week late. I requested a refund four times, and each time I received the same robotic response — they never agreed to refund me. On top of that, the products are poor quality. When I raised this issue, I was told to submit a ticket through their system, despite already having sent several emails back and forth. Completely unacceptable.EDITING MY ANSWER TO REPLY TO BANNER BUZZ COMMENT, yes my order was late the artwork was agreed when I placed my order I did not request any changes and it’s very impressive to see how quickly you could reply to this review but ignored my refund request several times , you charging extremely expensive delivery fees and refuse to pay when late? Just to remind you that my shop opened 1 week late because of your incompetence now regarding the quality of your product I do have several photos to show it , please let me know if I should publish them on trip advisor for you to react ?
