When I called for help, the representative acknowledged their mistake but then hung up. After several emails, I was asked to pay an extra fee. I refused, requested a cancellation, and then was offered reduced fees. Despite my refusal, they called the next day to discuss the order again. If you're in a hurry, I recommend avoiding this service. Now I'm left without banners for my event and facing issues with my refund.
