They are unresponsive and do not stand behind their products. When my table cover arrived it did not meet what I expected. After at least 6 interactions including multiple photos sent, they continue to ask for more pictures and videos. Very disappointing customer service experience. I would not do business with them again. BEWARE! if you have a problem.
What I received for the price point was a complete disappointment. Cover wasn't custom size I requested, it is too big for the table. It is also so thin I will be surprised it is water resistant. It is virturally useless
I wish I could give it zero stars. I ordered a banner on Monday and paid for expedited shipping to receive it by Wednesday. Now it's Thursday, and they haven't even started printing. I didn't receive the proof because of an issue with their email system. They mentioned it could arrive on Monday, which means another four days of waiting. When I pointed out the expedited fee I paid, they mentioned their shipping company doesn’t operate on weekends. I suggested they find an alternative shipper, but that wasn’t possible.
If you have a tight deadline, I would advise against using this service. Their customer support is friendly, but they seem disconnected from our needs. They promised to do everything possible to get my order by Saturday and said they would call back in 30 minutes. Two hours later, I hadn’t heard anything, so I called to cancel my order. They put me on hold again, claiming they would try to expedite it, but ultimately said they couldn’t fulfill my order. I’m heading to a local store now, which I should have done from the start. It really wasn’t worth the $10 I saved by using this service.
I ordered three banners with expedited shipping and received an email to approve the designs, which I did. However, I later got another email requesting approval again, and by that time, my shipping date was delayed. When I contacted the support team, a representative admitted it was their mistake but then abruptly ended the call after saying someone else would follow up. After several emails, I was told I needed to pay an extra $18, which I refused, prompting them to lower it to $10 and then $8. I still said no and requested to cancel the order. The next day, I received a call asking if I wanted to proceed, with the promise of another department reaching out within 24 hours. AVOID THIS SERVICE IF YOU NEED THINGS QUICKLY!! Now, I am left without banners for my event and am struggling to get a refund.

It’s frustrating when companies add fees without consent during checkout. They tried to charge me $9.99 for an assurance protection on a $20 order. I had to contact customer support to remove it, and they claimed it was a good deal. Paying nearly 50% of my order for protection seemed unreasonable, especially after already paying $14 for shipping on just two stickers. Overall, $44 for a $20 product is excessive.
I ordered a custom banner for an event with expedited delivery. Upon arrival, it lacked the stand, which was implied in the product listing. When I inquired, they stated the hardware was optional but did not clarify this in the listing. Buying the frame separately would have incurred additional costs, and I received no meaningful help or solutions from customer support. Additionally, they requested Pantone colors but later claimed they couldn't match them. Thankfully, I found a better deal elsewhere. The entire experience was misleading and frustrating.
The customer service is extremely lacking. There seems to be a disconnect within the team, and despite listing a Canadian address, the orders are actually shipped from abroad. Their design service is minimal, and I would advise avoiding them entirely.
