They appear to be based local but are not. They have local postal and phone number but ate not local. They get their products made in India. Was a total waste of time for the urgency i needed them. The A4 glags cost almost $9 each. The quality is poor and cheap. I wouldnt recommend. The 13c flags i got from china were far superior.
