I experienced significant delays in the dispatch of my order, which they had no issue accepting right at the designated online ordering time. After waiting about five days, I reached out to inquire about the delay and received a standard reply citing staff overload, suggesting I should expect a longer wait for shipment. Eventually, after a few weeks, I did receive the record, which is a relief. However, due to this experience, I am hesitant to consider using the company again because of their lack of transparency.
