I’ve been a tenant with Bansal Estates for a year and am only moving on due to a job relocation. From the very beginning, they stood out as one of the few estate agents who showed trust in me when I was new to the UK. Despite being employed full-time as an Assistant Professor at Coventry University, many other agencies weren’t even willing to show me properties.With Bansal Estates, I found a well-maintained home quickly and had a smooth and comfortable experience throughout my tenancy. I’ve had no complaints, and I genuinely appreciate how helpful and professional they’ve been. They’re good people, and I’d gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a property in Coventry.One small thing I’d like to mention is the deduction for cleaning charges at the end of the tenancy. I don’t recall this being specified in the agreement, and we made sure to return the flat in the best possible condition. Perhaps it’s a common practice in the UK—I’m not entirely sure.
