I had a great experience with Bansal. It's best to look at the service when things not gone according to plan. It was the case in my purchase. He was very understandable and helpful.
I’ve been a tenant with Bansal Estates for a year and am only moving on due to a job relocation. From the very beginning, they stood out as one of the few estate agents who showed trust in me when I was new to the UK. Despite being employed full-time as an Assistant Professor at Coventry University, many other agencies weren’t even willing to show me properties.With Bansal Estates, I found a well-maintained home quickly and had a smooth and comfortable experience throughout my tenancy. I’ve had no complaints, and I genuinely appreciate how helpful and professional they’ve been. They’re good people, and I’d gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a property in Coventry.One small thing I’d like to mention is the deduction for cleaning charges at the end of the tenancy. I don’t recall this being specified in the agreement, and we made sure to return the flat in the best possible condition. Perhaps it’s a common practice in the UK—I’m not entirely sure. Anyway, it’s not something to dwell on, and overall, I’m satisfied with my experience.Thank you Mrs Belle and Mr Bansal!
I have known Mr Bansal for many years and always trust him and his family to deliver strong results for the portfolio that they manage on behalf of my partner and I. STUDENTS BEWARE AS NO PROMISES ARE KEPTWe were charged key money & were not given two room Keys. Went to Bansal Estate and asked for the keys, Owner Mr Bansal was very impolite and rude and refused to give me the keys and told me to leave.We were promised fresh and new mattresses & some stained mattresses were delivered (obviously those were second-handed mattresses)!Fortunately, we are leaving now but good luck to the rest
This is a lovely family run business, spoke to the whole family and they are all so nice and helpful. They will go that extra mile and always get back to you no matter what time it is. They helped me sell my old house after 5 years of trying and 6 Estate agents later. We had a choice of 4 people to sell to in the end. Always had someone call me and book a viewing and checking we were ok. Really hard working. I can’t really recommend them anymore than saying they are the BEST estate agents in Coventry.
