I really enjoy Baofeng's products. I have been a user for around 12 years now. They listen to user feedback and incorporate that in upcoming models and updates. They build feature filled radios that are a fraction of the price of competitors. They are active in forums and online groups (they listen to feedback). They have fun giveaways.
