I just purchased my first GMRS radios, Baofeng UV-5G Plus. I was having problems connecting them to my laptop and was convinced that something was defective and was ready to send them back. She had several suggested fixes, and her first suggestion fixed the problem (it was my mistake). So glad I choose Baofeng for my first radios.
