I just read all the other complaints. They are so correct. I ordered enough to cover 8 sq metre as per there advert. I received 2 shipments of 2 tubs. 4 tubs in all. No instructions. !!! I soon discovered how to mix and use. One tub used and approx 2 square ft coverage.This is a total scam. The product label on the tubs was called "moo moo". The tubs are 1/2 ice cream tub size , 500 ml. Am I correct ? should all tobs have a volume label ????? There is no return address or information. Dont get "bit".PS will not reply !!!!
We ordered what we thought would have given more than enough to cover 30 square metres according to the advert. What turned up was 9 little tubs that didn't cover 3.No reply to any emails.No help from the bank as they say they can't claim money back unless you can send the product back.Don't touch them there a discrase.
Don't touch at all. I ordered Marble Effect Epoxy Floor Coating from this company, what arrived was not what I ordered. Very disappointed. Now I have to try and get my money back. Website is barak3.com A Hong Kong based business.They will not get back to you.
They sell you epoxy paint to cover 12 to 18 sq m, use videos of big tubs being spread on the floor, but send you 3 very small tins 500g each & on those tins it says it needs 1.2kg to 1.6kg to cover 1 sq m, so what you get is enough to cover 1 sq m.It is a scam, they offer a £20, then £30 then £40 refund in different emails but never a full refund so you then have to argue with your credit card company as the seller sends proof of delivery !
