Customer service was responsive, especially since they had to adjust my order due to the unavailability of the wrap I selected. However, there were no instructions included in the kit, which left me searching online for guidance. I found the wrap to be too thin, with little margin for error between shrinking and burning. I ended up needing to patch several holes.

Most companies would acknowledge their mistake regarding inventory and honor the original price while replacing the item.
