They don’t care or value their customers, I bought 2 leggings and a sport bra on a 3 for 2 offer which total £135 which is also the threshold for customs and VAT charges here in the UK. When they filled out the customs for they put a €1 value for the sport bra (which was free due to the 3 for 2) and that took me over the threshold and I needed to pay £54 for customs and VAT which is even more than the original value of the bra. If they have had the decency to but the correct value or lower the value for the leggings because they needed to put something for the bra, or just sent me the order in 2 parcels these charges would have been avoided. Which other companies that value their customers make sure to do! And, to be honest their leggings are not worth the price. There are similar out there cheaper. And I was very disappointed in the bra, odd shape and not good support. I tried to contact customer support and got almost no replies, and obviously they didn’t care about what I was saying and they never addressed it. Just avoid this company if you can! Find someone that values you as a customer!Edit :I’ve changed my rating from a 1 star to 3 due to them refunding my customs which was appreciated. I want to add in response to BARA that I am aware that customer service is not open in the weekend and I didn’t expect an immediate reply. However after massaging them about my concerns and getting no replies addressing them, they just sent me the invoice summary. It wasn’t until this review was posted that I got some real answers.
