The customer communication has been a complete failure, and I do not recommend dealing with them. I have their reflective winter tights that fit perfectly. I inquired if the jeans fit the same, and they assured me they did. However, the jeans did not fit at all. I returned them after receiving a slip, but they later informed me that I wouldn’t be refunded because I used a discount code. It would have been helpful to know this before returning. Overall, I feel scammed and the jeans are of poor quality. Avoid them.
