I bought a running skirt, but it was too small, so I decided to return it. I shipped it back, and they recieved it on May 15. 2023, I know that from Postnord Track&Trace. Nothing happened, I heard absolutely nothing from BARA Sportswear. So I contacted them, and they told they would look into it. Yet more than a month later, still nothing had happened, so I wrote again June 20. and finally I got my refund. But not all of it, since they charge a restocking fee of 8 € when you return. Had I noticed that before my purchase, I would have never bought anything, since it is impossible to be sure when you buy clothes online if it will fit. There is no sizing chart on skirts, and the one on leggings isn’t compatible.All in all I have paid 7 € for shipping + 8 € for “restocking fee” + 7 € for return shipping = 22 € for absolutely nothing at all. …Twice I have written a comment on a facebook ad, but they have decided to delete them - that says something about them not wanting people to know this, and that they know it is wrong, otherwise they would just own it. …I notice that other customers are complaining about the return politics and restocking fee as well, and you are giving them all a copy-paste answer. Please - if you can not give a personal answer, don’t bother answering at all. I have already read the copy-paste answer couple of times, no need to repeat that.…Edit 5. July 2023I appreciate the personal answer, and I have been in contact with BARA on mail. They have refunded 15€ to me … This is an excerpt from the mail they wrote:“[…] Upon careful review of your case, I'm pleased to inform you that I have processed a refund of €15 as a gesture of goodwill. […]However, I do understand that the refund amount might not fully align with your initial expectations of €22. Please allow me to clarify the situation: the refunded amount of €15 represents the remaining balance eligible for refund, based on our policies. We have already initiated communication with our relevant team to further investigate the discrepancy and take appropriate action. I will send you a new mail on Monday![…]We truly value your feedback as it is incredibly valuable to us. Your insights and comments help us identify areas where we can enhance our services and make improvements. We sincerely appreciate your time and effort in providing us with your thoughts.As a token of our appreciation, we kindly request that you consider updating your review on Trustpilot. […]”…Today is thursday, and they haven’t yet sent me a new mail ‘on monday’ - but I guess they didn’t clarify which monday :D They keep telling me that my feedback is incredibly valuable to them, but I guess not worth the 7€ still lacking, since it needs to be ‘further investigated by a relevant team’ - probably much more expensive than 7€ :DPlease, BARA, keep the 7€, seems like you need them more than I do, I think I will get over it :DHowever, regardless of your ‘gesture of goodwill’ I cannot give you more than one star, your return and refund politics makes this way too complicated.
