I would give 0 stars, if only it were possible. Horrible costumer experience. I have measured myself a lot of times, and am on the lower end of their XL as far as the chart goes. Couldn't even get the skirts past my legs. So sizing chart is a joke. Wrote them an email about this - they didn't even read it, just got generic anwers like "if you're between sizes, choose the bigger size" yeah, thanks for nothing, I am not between sizes. This went on for a while, got like 3 emails that had nothing to do with my problem. Had to pay for postage back anyway, even if I wasn't really at fault for having ordered the wrong size. Ok. International return aren't covered, I knew that. What I DIDN'T KNOW, because it wasn't clearly written anywhere and of course they didn't tell me in the email when we discussed return for money back or exchange - if you want your money back you pay an additional 8 Euros RESTOCKING fee. Seriously???? That's just plain unprofessional money making scheme. Will never ever shop from there again and will comment every ad I see with exactly this, to warn away costumers, from falling for their tactics. Honestly their crappy costumer service alone would've left me sour, but they went well beyond to make me angry.If I did my job like that, people might die, glad yours doesn't provide that opportunity.
