I pre-ordered swimwear from Bara a while ago and the order was supposed to be shipped to me at the end of May. And just one day late, I got a message from them saying that my package is on its way. But whenever I checked the tracking code, the message said that my items are being packed. After a week, I started to wonder how long it can take to pack a bikini. I wrote a message to customer support using the email address that was provided in the order confirmation but that address turned out to be invalid. I wrote another message using the form that is on their website. After four days, I'm still waiting for a reply. I'm starting to wonder if the whole thing is a scam.
