I ordered two items both being a disappointment from a quality and a customer service point of views. E.g winter flare tights price was 79€ and after a couple of months using they’re all nappy and seams worn out both from inner and outer end throughout the whole length. The company suggests me washing them wrongly or sitting on a rough surface. Also the khaki running skirt (29,50) seams are breaking up after a week’s usage. Initial they refused to exchange the skirt to a bigger one as it was too small the reason being the return time limit was exceeded. That was purely because their deliveries take so long time, one cannot return in time. This they corrected that afterwards though and I got the correct size skirt.
