Ordered a pair Power tights on the 28th of January. I received a confirmation email with a link in it to the shipping/tracking information. I clicked on the tracking number where it said, "2021.01.29 Shipment information uploaded to Deutsche Post." There is said "You’ll get shipping and delivery updates by email and text." Ok great! I waited and got nothing. And so it went until I contacted customer service on February 3rd and asked when the tights will be shipped. The reply was that they had been shipped and it takes 7-14 business days for the tights to arrive. Hrm...but according to Deutsche Post, the tights had not hadn't been sent. Obviously, Bara sportswear did not have the tights in stock, like they said. Not cool. On the 11th of February the tights finally arrived at the mail terminal in Germany. I received the package a week later on the 17th of February. I got no emails or texts message updates on where the package was. I had to click on the link with the shipping number every time to see the shipment's progress. This being said, the tights are pretty nice. But I don't appreciate the attempt at being lied to nor do I think it is a reasonable shipping time. I won't be a returning customer. There are tights of similar quality that don't take forever to get.
