Products seem ok and good quality, but returning is difficult and expensive, even when there's a mistake made by them in the order. I was sent the wrong size of the item I ordered and exchange to the right size was no longer possible because they had run out of stock. I had to return the item for refund at my own expence. The cost of the return was almost twice as much they said it would be, and the refund could not cover the cost of the return. Instead, all I got was a discount code barely covering the amount I paid for the return. I tried to give them a second chance to get things right, but the discount code did not work when I tried to use it. Just about everything wrong with their service so I definitely do not recommend them.
